If you want to get a driving licence in any of the following categories: A, B, C, D or P, you have to study the traffic rules and take practical driving lessons. You can choose a driving school in your area or simply ask somebody to teach you. The person has to be a driving licence holder for at least three years. You have to pass a driving theory test and practical driving test to get your licence. However, to get a provisional driving licence, which you must get before you start learning to drive a car, a moped or a motorcycle, you dont have to take a theory test.
